I don't know that it is missed opportunity. They'll probably entice 
some other poor unsuspecting entrepreneur to come in and start a 
similar business. Then after he/she invests their life savings earned 
over twenty years in a hard lived career; they'll pull the rug out 
from under them too, for no good apparent reason. If they would have 
had the balls to call the problem what it was, an issue of 
unsupervised youths on the boards, they could have addressed the real 
issue. But, it is my understanding that they made it about bicycles, 
because otherwise it would have seemed like a racial issue. So I took 
the fall, instead.
