Please check your own information. Mine's been checked. I have the ruling in my hot little hands. It is from the State Commissioner of Education. It was not brought to Court in a Federal Civil Rights Action as it should have been 10 years ago.
You are correct about the ruling - it was based upon the music program. That means it will not outweigh the segregation consequences in Federal Court. We have a slam dunk in our laps and we aren't taking it. So no, nothing has to be "checked out first." I already know who to blame (State Dept. of Education). All that has to happen now is for the Board of Education to instruct their lawyer to start the action. --- In AsburyPark@yahoogroups.com, [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: > > Please check your information.
