My impression is that the situation with MM is very fluid.  They are 
trying to appeal to tenants that have a proven track record and who 
are willing to operate year round on the boardwalk, not easy.  That 
being said, it is difficult for MM to commit to statements about 
things to come when they are not 100% sure if and when they are 
coming.  I am sure if they had an anchor tenant for the casino  
willing to pay top $$ in rent and participate in build out costs, 
contruction could start immediatly.  I also feel the group may be 
jumping the gun on the bandshell.

How do you make promises on when "things" will be completed in this 
economic environment when deals are still being negotiated or talks 
have not even started?  These guys are not magicians.....this takes 
time and everyone should be patient.  

This is all about both sides acting in good faith, recognizing where 
mistakes have been made, and being flexible enough to work through 
the issues at hand.
