I think we live in a hypocritical culture. Some people are all for "smaller
government" but when it happens, and people feel the loss, they complain that
somethings wrong. I find this to be ridiculous.
The same people preach about personal responsibility...
Ok, so we were getting report after report about a weather issue...did the
paramedic, air traffic controller or heart surgeon make plans for a disaster?
Probably not.
Instead, when the disaster hit, it's easier to bitch about it than take the so
called "personal responsibilty" and be prepared.
We ALL heard the warnings. Yet how many of us got our cars stuck after the fact
while trying to get things we should have had in the first place?
What's more important? Having milk for coffee after forgetting to get some, or
risking getting your car stuck and screwing with snow clean up progress?
