Hazarika:
If I am to assume that this is your response to my mail that I sent on Saturday (Sept. 13, 2003), let me straighten the facts here. Does it matter if you "messed up" in putting my name in whatever field? You accused me of saying things that I did NOT - and that too about things that I said in a public forum. How naive!
However, I didn't reply in Assam Net to *that* private letter of yours - but did to the one about you as the "Assam Convention 2004 Publicity Contact" requesting my email address to be dropped from the host committee list. You CC'd me in there also, but it was about me - about kicking me out from the committee for all the wrong reason. So what do I do? Sit there and wait until you put my name on the "right" field instead of the "CC" field?
My question still stays: Why did you request for my name to be dropped, when I asked to be removed *IF* it was an all AANA affair? And say that here - I did not request you or any host committee member by sending any private mail to drop my name if it was an AANA affair, but here in Assam Net.
So I don't want to play hide and seek here and expect the reason for the action taken in the same place - the Assam Net.
