I think this would be ok, especially if location could be shared. If they couldn't be shared, I'm not sure how useful it would be, except to make it easy to delete entire locations at once, or maybe for pretty-printing. It's easy enough to have multiple address,phone fields with coordinated labels, though you can't do that with email or notes fields. Just don't require that everything be associated with a location.
