This is exactly what seems to have happened.
I did not see any sizeable composting operation
or any improvement programm that would take into account
planting green manure to help increase carbon,
phosphate, potassium, nitrogen, and other minerals thru
plant root exudates and microbial life.
Also I believe that even Rudolf Steiner himself would approve
some hard rock phosphate and some lime in a situation like that.
Farming is a practical activity that requires plenty of hand
labour besides proper mind set and proper knowledge.
