HI, the main thing I would like the game developers to hear (and I'm not sure whether it's been mentioned but I believe you've already got it many times, anyway) is that any game of any genre or scope can be made perfectly accessible to the blind, only if every single piece of needed information is conveyed through sound satisfactorily. Also would be cool if the game consoles like PS2 or so could have some voice synthesis like SAPI for example incorporated into them by default. This would make many games much more accessible, even if it'd be only the ability to read the menus and other textures. Just my thoughts, Lukas ----- Original Message ----- From: "Richard Bennett" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Friday, March 17, 2006 11:18 PM Subject: Re: audyssey: AudioGames.net to 2006 Game Developers Conference
