Depends what you want to produce. If you want to get glass-bombs, add
the extra sugar when bottling, but if you want stronger beer, add it in
a fermenter and make sure all of it has fermented before you bottle it!

But before you add anything, taste your beer. Even if it has a low
alcohol value, it can still be quite tasty. It just means that you have
to drink an extra glass or two, which isn't so bad on a warm summer day.
