Guys,

Only but ONLY enable FRTS on a lab exam question if inside your map-class
you are defining the CIR value of the link bw, otherwise it will set it to
default (64k) and you will miss the point if the circuit bw is different
than 64k, I would really be cautious about it.


Please be careful when taking that approach, it can def. blew up any
objective you are trying to achieve.
