Great post, thanks for the info; that's consistent with my experience. I'll add one more thing. For about the last 4 years I've taken asking every new person I meet, "What's your dream?" at some point. Without exception every American says they'd like to win the lottery, or start their own business and then they list all of the things they'd buy. Without exception the Europeans say, "Dream? Hmm...
