I do not think that Racism is right. Affirmative Action was not meant to lead to enforced quotas, it was the racial motivations of Whites that forced Quotas since they abused the Affirmative action standards and intentionally manipulated admissions and job application processes to exclude minorities. These have been documented, perhaps you more than anyone else would be in a position to look up those early cases that made it to court and forced changes in Affirmative Action policy.
