Not necessarily. Docs agree to those terms because allowing a certain
insurance company opens their office up to potentially thousands of new
clients. So the payoff, in the end, is BETTER for the docs to end up
receiving less, for access to a much larger pool of potential patients
(alliteration!).

If it's just me arguing that i want to pay less...what's his incentive to do
so? None.
