it's not necessary to disprove this canard every time the NM Republicans bring it up. At least not to my mind, and yours is never going to change anyway. Shrug. I have already looked into the same claim like three times.
It isn't getting better with age, either... this guy's been trying to publish the evidence for months now, but the state government refuses to release it. It is claiming executive privilege.
