> 1) Bush fired AG's

The AG that Bush fired tried to make a case and could not find a case
that could honestly be made. He said so and whoops, got fired,
allegedly for other reasons. I refer you to the Inspector-General's
report I cited earlier and which you do not appear to have read. This
is now historical fact, dude. Get over it.

That said, the New Mexico case is the only one I followed in detail --
I was involved, if tangentially -- so I don't really know anything
about the other allegations.

It wasn't FOIA, it was established procedure under state law. And
he's not "some commentator" -- he's a well-respected journalist with a
track record.
