No, and that is a poor attempt at a joke. If the person was truly dyslexic,
you would end up with something more along the lines of
<cffi CredtiLnie TL 1000>
<cfste ApprvoeMrotgaeg = treu>
</cfif>
And, dyslexia usually causes more problems on the reading end than the
typing end.
