If you plan on using more than a few amps off those ciggarette lights then I reccomend running wiring sized for the amperage you plan on going back there. The wiring that goes to the ciggarette lighter sockets is typically pretty high gauge wiring. Look into PSone LCDs if you are on a budget. Also, make damn sure you have a card that can drop to low refresh frequenceis (12-14hz) and supports csync. I have a list of cards with me that I've tested or had people test for me if you're interested.
