Okay.

Looks like the WRT power supply only outputs 1000 mA (or 1 amp) at 12
Volts for a maximum output of 12 Watts.
The WRT would have to be somewhere under this.

Is a 12 Volt touch screen LCD that only consumes 10 Watts.

As far as computer goes...The router will be running Linux.
If that's not enough, the Mini-itx and Nano-itx offerings look
promising.

I'd assume a NAS device or something similar could be rigged for the
WRT to access if a lot (few gigs or so) of space is required.
Some of the broadcoms support USB. Maybe a memory stick?
