I'd like to see a small iso released every couple of weeks. Let's say
it's around 200 MB and goes through the mostions" of an install by
booting a kernel, making sure it identifies all partitions and hardware,
verifies that the CDRom works, and overall, tests the installer (to some
degree). It wouldn't be hard to use MakeCD to make such a small image,
though the installer would have to be tweaked to allow a "testing only"
mode (ie not try to upgrade/install packages).

And to even make things better, instead of releasing it through standard
ftp/rsync methods, use bittorrent to distribute it to save on the
bandwidth costs. We would simply need a seed to start it.

Blue skies... Todd
