It was never claimed that the MandrakeClub was an organization that would give its members democratic control over MandrakeSoft.
Bottom line is no development process, commercial or open-source, is democratic. They're all tyrannical, because that's the only way anything is ever going to get done. End of discussion on that topic. As far as feedback from the club, it's useful to see what the users think sometimes.
