To add to Bernhard's comments:

1. The Languages anchor is broken ;)

2. I agree about removing project-leads info and other supplementary info not relevant to the user on first glance.

The user going to this page is thinking: "Projects - which projects? What for? How do I find out more?"

S/he isn't interested at this stage in who runs them, or even in their goals in any detail. I would also recommend shortening the longer descriptions.

For "l10n", I'd suggest:
