I made some rather minor tweaks to my revision at http://website.openoffice.org/tryouts/Kay/projects/
Looking good, Kay. :) To add to Bernhard's comments: 1. The Languages anchor is broken ;)2. I agree about removing project-leads info and other supplementary info not relevant to the user on first glance.
The user going to this page is thinking: "Projects - which projects? What for? How do I find out more?"
S/he isn't interested at this stage in who runs them, or even in their goals in any detail. I would also recommend shortening the longer descriptions.
For "l10n", I'd suggest: ___Localization (l10n), part of internationalization (i18n) and the overall NLC project below, translates the OpenOffice.org software and documentation. Help with translation! [link]
