My java install is standard installation by Ubuntu and OOo find it

yes, I get it, but I think this is OpenJDK, which, well, I don't know
how it works but it doesn't seem to support the standard JDK methods I
guess.

NB : There is no linux/DEB version with JRE. Perhaps the problem is there.
