If it works in China right now it's just because of the whim of the
censor. If users can find bridges, so can the bad guys - and cheaply,
you can get Google Phone Verified Accounts for 10 cents a piece,
possibly much less. AFAICS it's impossible to make bridges work against
an attacker prepared to spend fairly small amounts of money. Do you have
graphs? My understanding was it worked for a while, then it stopped
working. Partly it was because of the no-silent-bob 0day the Chinese
found in Tor, but harvesting bridges is cheap and I don't see how you
could make it much more expensive.
