Hmmm. I have sent them a note or two in the past over exactly that. I or someone else was using a freq and they fired up. I let them no in unequivocal terms, that is not suppose to happen. They are no different than anyone else on that matter, and should check every frequency they are about to fire up, and slightly change if someone else is there.
