I unsubscribed from a newsletter coming from ConstantContact, which it is entirely possible a previous owner of the address consented to, but which I'd been feeding to spam assassin every month :) However nothing I found that was recent was compelling that CC are doing anything but legitimate email marketing. They clearly did have some issues a few years back, but can anyone point to incoming spam. They clearly allow opt-out for companies you have previously done business with, but haven't specifically excluded your email address from being used, but that is fairly normal practice, sometime annoying but not unethical. _______________________________________________ domains-gen mailing list [email protected] http://discuss.tucows.com/mailman/listinfo/domains-gen
