What is the procedure and cost to redeem domain names in auction escrow lock status? I have a customer who wants to redeem two names which expired on 15 and 18 May.
In the RWI, the domain status is shown as "Auction Escrow lock is ON - Please contact [EMAIL PROTECTED] for more information." I tried that, but mail sent to [EMAIL PROTECTED] bounces back with the error "550 [EMAIL PROTECTED] unknown user account". Strike one. I also contacted the reseller support address shown at the bottom of the RWI main page, and received an auto-reply, but it's now 24 hours later and I've received no further response. Meanwhile the clock is ticking and my customer is depending on me to save the domain names he failed to renew. Maybe someone here on the list who has some experience with this situation can clue me in?
