Did you try plugging the powerbook into it's power adapter and pushing the
reset button at the back - if you havn't done this, you may find that all
that's wrong with it is that there's something wrong with the battery. A
week or so ago, I got the steady green light, and looked at the manaul
(which I never had, but downloaded from the TIL). Connected my computer to
the power adapter and did a hard reset - now everything works, except for
the battery, which still sucks, but at least I still have a fairly smaill
computer that I can carry around with me, as long as I have a power outlet.
So if you havn't tried plugging it into the power adapter, and doing a hard
reset (the button on the back), you may find that you have a working 2400
and a broken battery.
