Well, the icons are just icons, but everything can be customizable. E.g., I'm quite picky (can't work in Together more than 10 min because of its look-and-feel only) but still feel happy about Idea's look-and-feel. There's a place for .NET-like look-and-feel that will make some folks feel at home, and for the concept of replaceable "icon packs" to satisfy particular requirements on the look-and-feel. These are not the improvements I'm particularly waiting for, it's more like a marketing... (and it's what actually sells the product)
