We should be able to set up a separate sourceforge repository for the 
 effort.  If that does not work for people, I would be willing to host 
 this on my github account <https://github.com/ebo> or mercurial via 
 bitbucket <https://bitbucket.org/john_david>.  For either short or long 
 term.  I would need to know the intent so I plop it in the correct 
 places.
