Forty Rogers on that.  And I may have found the trigger of the xylotex's 
demise.  I am using those 4 pin screw ring retainer connectors like CB 
radios used as a means of making the transition from the motors 4 wires to 
the 4 wire & shield 'star-quad' microphone cable.  The x cable has been 
hanging off the right end of the table such that the connectors semi-open 
back end, was always facing up, so flying swarf could have entered it.  I 
haven't dissed the connector shell yet, but when I disconnected it and held 
it pin face up & rapped it with a tool, all sorts of dirt fell out of the 
back of the connector.  I'll clean them all out, reassemble and caulk the 
back of the connector shell this time.
