If the pinout is wrong you need a different bitfile. The pin
allocation is hard-coded into the bitfile.

As Pete says, you want 7i80hd_16_svst4_8.bit or 7i80hd_16_svst8_4.bit
(one has 4 servos and 8 steppers, the other has 8 servos and 4 steppers)
