It is actually only Leap 15 that puts their baseline on 0.46. The other distros have very different versions. I listed the version I could find here: https://phab.enlightenment.org/w/efl_minimum_meson_version/ Thsi page also lists the requirements we have to go with meson 0.47 and no older version. When going over all this data it turns out OpenSUSE Leap 15.0 is the only real problem we have. And it still ships EFL 1.20.7 (not even 1.21 or 1.22). Are you really planning on updating Leap 15.0 to efl 1.23?
