If it's anything like the EF 70-200 4L zooms the supply for both new and used lenses will be plentiful soon enough. Like other WA lenses not specifically designed for digital, the edge sharpness stinks. Buy the Sigma, it is cheaper and designed for digital camera bodies and will provide sharper images that the Canon lens. Sometimes you can have your cake and eat it too!
