Hi Konstantinos,

Have you tried opening the film door an setting the camera to Manual mode
and setting the lens to stop down to say f/22 on Bulb and looked through the
back to see if the diaphragm closes down?  Try it at different apertures to
see if it is working at some settings and not at others.  If it doesn't not
close down when viewed this way the lens is bad.  If the lens does stop down
at all settings the preview switch or logic in the camera body has failed.
