No necessarily, if corner activations are used to activate the  
overlay.  This would mean just some long drags and wrist-flicking  
action.

One thing I proposed on SILC a few days ago, that I would like to see  
is minimisation being removed as an action, and instead allowing  
windows/objects dragged past the edge of the screen turned into tabs  
(as was possible with folders on MacOS Classic).  This has several  
advantages:

1) It can be done very quickly by a user (wrist-flick the window at  
an edge)
2) It gives a lot of space to put minimised windows in (all edges of  
the screen except the top)
3) It is easy to un-minimise, since you get the aiming-for-the-edge- 
of-the-screen bonus to Fitts' Law.
4) I like it.
