Exchange 2003 SP1 - 
Windows 2003 R2 AD FFL 
Outlook 2003 , various SP levels.

I recently received reports from 2 users who are receiving the same e-mail 
twice. It happens sporadically and for both internal users and external 
contacts as well. I confirmed with the sending user that the message only 
appears once in their sent items.

I tried blowing the outlook profile, but the problem came back. Any ideas how i 
can try and troubleshoot this  ?
