When there is not an actual duplicate message sent, in most cases ����ve seen duplicates usually caused by corruption in PST or OST files. Also, errant rules can cause issues as well. For the PST/OST run ScanPST or ScanOST or create a new PST/OST file.

All - Exchange 2003 SP1 - Windows 2003 R2 AD FFL Outlook 2003 , various SP levels. I recently received reports from 2 users who are receiving the same e-mail twice. It happens sporadically and for both internal users and external contacts as well. I confirmed with the sending user that the message only appears once in their sent items. I tried blowing the outlook profile, but the problem came back. Any ideas how i can try and troubleshoot this ?
