So, is it possible, that the user is copying the e-mail to another folder, then
deleting the original, then cradling the BB after that, thus causing the BB to
put it back into the inbox where it started?

Message tracking doesn't show duplicate e-mails for the external contact i'm
looking up right now. Based on the headers and corresponding MSG ID in Message
Tracking, i only see it once.

Message tracking doesn't show duplicate messages for internal users so far. I'm
waiting for the user to give me exact details about the internal users: Sender,
time, date etc so i can narrow it down. But so far, based on a time period
given to me as to when the user received duplicate e-mail, i don't see anything
out of the ordinary in Message Tracking.

FWIW, this particular's user's smtp, display and logon name changed as a result
of a name change, but the mailbox obviously didn't change. I doubt this would
cause an issue, but just throwing it out there.

I recently received reports from 2 users who are receiving the same
e-mail twice. It happens sporadically and for both internal users and external
contacts as well. I confirmed with the sending user that the message only
appears once in their sent items.

I tried blowing the outlook profile, but the problem came back. Any
ideas how i can try and troubleshoot this ?
