Message tracking doesn't show duplicate messages for internal users so far.
I'm waiting for the user to give me exact details about the internal users:
Sender, time, date etc so i can narrow it down. But so far, based on a time
period given to me as to when the user received duplicate e-mail, i don't
see anything out of the ordinary in Message Tracking.

FWIW, this particular's user's smtp, display and logon name changed as a
result of a name change, but the mailbox obviously didn't change. I doubt
this would cause an issue, but just throwing it out there.
