Message tracking doesn't show duplicate e-mails for the external contact i'm looking up right now. Based on the headers and corresponding MSG ID in Message Tracking, i only see it once. I'm waiting for the user to give me exact details about the internal users: Sender, time, date etc so i can narrow it down. But so far, based on a time period given to me as to when the user received duplicate e-mail, i don't see anything out of the ordinary in Message Tracking. FWIW, this particular's user's smtp, display and logon name changed as a result of a name change, but the mailbox obviously didn't change. I doubt this would cause an issue, but just throwing it out there. All - Exchange 2003 SP1 - Windows 2003 R2 AD FFL Outlook 2003 , various SP levels. I recently received reports from 2 users who are receiving the same e-mail twice. It happens sporadically and for both internal users and external contacts as well. I confirmed with the sending user that the message only appears once in their sent items. I tried blowing the outlook profile, but the problem came back. Any ideas how i can try and troubleshoot this ? * * * This E-mail, along with any attachments, is considered confidential and may well be legally privileged.
