missed me - I don't know.

Off needs to get some smarts. Apparently he thinks
I made a wager, but all I was asking was how much
he was willing to bet.

According to Hoyle, if anyone is willing to wager a
claim, then "players can call, raise, or fold when it's
their turn to bet." This is pretty common knowledge
for people who like to post wagers.
