Apropos of another posting in which the question was raised of HOW 
prevalent segregation was (100%?  10%? 50% of restaurants?), your 
comments above are significant.

Can you say what you experience was in terms of percentage how many 
restaurants along, say, a main highway route would have been 
segregated?
