Hi Jelena,

The GENECODE Genes track and Vega Genes track both contain pseudogene
subtracks. Please see the following track description pages for more
information:
http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTrackUi?db=hg19&g=wgEncodeGencodeV7
http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTrackUi?db=hg19&g=vegaGeneComposite

There is also a track available on our preview server which may be
useful for you:
http://genome-preview.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTrackUi?db=hg19&g=ucscRetroAli1

Please keep in mind this track has not yet been reviewed by the quality
assurance team and may undergo some changes; in general, the preview
server has a lot of untested and experimental tracks.

Please contact us again at [email protected] if you have further
questions.
