and when the system crash the screen dont go blank (I still can see my desktop but I can't move the mouse or press the keyboard)
I use cable extension to keyboard/mouse and sometimes I pull the cable and my PC also not react, because it's disconnected :-).
Did you try remote login or ping if this happens ? (Maybe it's a problem of keyboard/mouse controller only.)
