Unfortunately yes. :( MSE is generally used as the baseline for a lot of anti-malware tests now. Its level of protection is considered poor. I now run both MalwareBytes Premium and Kaspersky (just the basic anti-virus) on my systems. BitDefender is also highly rated. MBAM is probably the more effective product for today's threats, but it's not an anti-virus and shouldn't be used alone.
