What about "easy", "medium", "hard"?
Now we still have to find a way to implement "fatality" ;-)

Without kidding: I think "guided", "standard" and "expert mode" are pretty 
nice. Guided being assistant only, basically (except maybe from some basic 
viewpoint selection using the preview window).
