Folks, I am simply trying to gather data on customers who would be adversely affected by the elimination of BOOK files. If you have no dependency on BOOK files, please don't post a reply; I have your vote already. :-) I don't want to clutter the list with data I can't use. Thanks for your understanding.
If you would like to have books delivered in some other format, we're certainly interested in that as well, though I suspect that will be driven primarily by Corporate Directives for mobile accessibility, possibly related to our Smarter Planet initiatives.
