Hi all. Especially you Len! LOL
I've got one of my clients on a virtual domain that says she's not
getting all of her e-mails. She gave me an example from last Monday,
the 4th, I checked the logs for the e-mail address she said it was
sent from and it looks to me like it was delivered to her mail box.
Here's the entry:

See anything out of the ordinary there? She's using Outlook Express
and has it set up to leave mail on the server for 5 days. Is anyone
aware of any bugs in OE that may decide to delete the e-mail rather
than download it? Any other clues at all? Out of several hundred
users, she's the only one that has reported this problem and says
it's happening several times a week. Coincidentally, she changed her
ISP at about the same time this started happening and also at about
the same time I upgraded to 6.05. It doesn't seem to be a sender
problem, because she get's other e-mails from the same senders,
although it does seem to be the same 3 or 4 senders that she has
problems with.
More info in case it helps. I have their Official Host Name as
mail.g-proulx.com with aliases:
g-proulx.com mail.gproulx.com gproulx.com.
Thanks for the help.
