Hi Bud
That is where synchronization is off. for some reason it started to but
failed to D/L the message. None the less the client thinks it has already
received the message and will not D/L it again.
As an after though, the customer could also access the message via the
web interface and then forward it to their own or another account. The new
message should D/L to them the next time they use their POP mail client.
