OK Len. If you're listening. She rarely uses web messaginbg. 
Sometimes on the weekends, but the lost e-mail have been during the 
week. I've asked her to disable autochecking of mail in OE and watch 
the progress box while she checks mail to see if there are any 
connection errors.

Here is an SMTP log entry showing what appears to be a successful 
delivery of a message last week (that she never received), then the 
next POP3 entry of her checking her mail, looking to me like, as she 
says, there was no message retrieved.

Then the next mail check:

There was a message deleted, but none retrieved. She has her OE set 
to hold mail for 5 days before deleting, so the one that got deleted 
may have been an old one. Or, it may have been the new one.

What's going on? :)
